Caution in aphakic patients, pseudophakic patients w/ torn posterior lens cap; patients w/ intraocular inflammation; angle-closure glaucoma; elderly. Change in eyelid or iris color, periocular hypertrichosis, or corneal epithelium disorder may occur. Reports of eyelid sulcus deepening. Administer at least 5 min apart if used w/ other ophth soln. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnant, parturient, nursing women. Avoid administration in breastfeeding mothers. Safety has not been established in low birth-wt infants, neonates, infants, & childn.
